Ben Rodgers

has worked with thousands of clients on their personal injury cases since he was licensed in 1989, and and has filed more than 350 lawsuits on behalf of accident victims. He strives to obtain a quick and fair recovery for his clients, and does not hesitate to go to court when a defendant resists reasonable and just compensation for his clients.

Ben was born in Lordsburg, New Mexico while his father, who made a career serving in the Air Force, was stationed on a military base there. As a “military brat” he, along with 2 brothers and 2 sisters, grew up on military bases in various states, including New Mexico, Mississippi, Texas, and Maine, and on military bases in Nagoya, Japan and Naha, Okinawa.

After graduating high school in Sherman, Texas in 1961, he obtained a B.B.A. degree in accounting in 1966 from the University of Texas at Arlington. He studied business and finance at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance in 1969.

He worked in several areas of business and in 1986 he decided to change professions. He graduated with a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University in December 1988 and obtained his license to practice law in Texas in May 1989. He is a member of the Texas State Bar, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice before state courts in Texas as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
